The Final Stretch

Welcome to the new Ero Dungeons page. After a couple weeks in quarantine, the game is finally listed. As such, it's time to move the devlogs to this page. And what better way to begin than by explaining the end.

Final Version

As mentioned I plan to finalize and release this game somewhere in October. At that point you'll be able to buy the final, complete version here on Itch, on this very page.

Right now, the old 1.3.3 is still available here. I'll eventually replace this old version (and the web version) with a demo. The idea will be that the demo is just a section of the map, blocked off by invisible walls, at least containing the first boss and one infinite spawn location. Until then the 1.3.3 will stay here, and even afterwards you'll be able to move back to the old page to play the 1.3 version.

Final Content

Currently I'm completing the final boss dungeon, which will be in the game next week. I've also added three more Goblin enemies and fixed the myriad of bugs from version 1.4. Then we're done with the bosses and (almost) done with the enemies.

So what remains is to spruce up the dungeons. This primarily means adding extra Curios. Currently only the Labs, Forest, and Caverns have their own Curios (and not that many even). I'll also add special variants of Curios, such as a chest, rescue, capture for each of them). Finally, I want to make the dungeon layouts more varied. This means different dungeon layouts than a single rectangle, but I'll see what other spice I can give them.

While this is going on, I will also be slowly creating a new system for displaying, creating, and animating the combat puppets. Like the script rework, it's easier to work on this while other stuff is going on. Unlike the script rework, I won't be adding it to this game, but it will be a nice addition for the next one. By working on this at the side it will minimize the downtime between this game and the next.

Two months for wider audience sale? Anyone that play this since the alpha will know what they get and paying for. Just point me to the marketplace, I'll buy it when I get enough disposable income, and means of transaction.

For future lurkers/generation that stumble upon this page, if you have fun playing darkest dungeon and asking the lewd version of that, you at the right place. If you having fun play the game, go buy em. If you not sure your rig can run it, go find a demo instead of pirating. If this game not up your valley or your rig being a jerk, there still lots of other games and help to  assist you. Keep looking what strike your fancy, and keep cool.

Get the FAQ ready, chances there folks that not dived into the devlog, I'll just mind my business play this build.

Any plans on bringing this to steam (if possible) I would love to purchase this at some point but for now i choose not to on itch or patreons right now.

It cannot happen as Steam does not give permission, so itch it is.

Saw your review which you used to notify about a bug in races, so this is actually a reply to that, elves, halflings and dwarves being bald in 1.3 version is fixed

I wonder if you already have an idea about your next game?
